EagleBurgmann - Everything in view with a universal capture platform

The existing solution, in operation since 2005, was no longer able to cope with the rising number of scanned documents.

In addition, Eagle Burgmann’s decentralized organizational structure required an intelligent capture solution, which would enable early capture of incoming documents and ensure optimal control over electronic workflows.

With the implementation of an intelligent capture solution by InovoOlution and the additional OCR/ICR Classification System, 1.000.000 pages per year are automatically classified and processed including invoices, purchase orders, freight documents and others.

With the appropriate IT solution and less maintenance work, Eagle Burgmann achieved significant cost savings and less manual administrative workload for its employees.

SUMMARY

Initial Situation
In the course of time, the existing scan process became inflexible and expensive for the organization.

Solution
The existing invoice process solution which had been in service since 2005 was redesigned. The new document capture solution is faster and more efficient for the daily processing of incoming information. Development and optimization of OCR Licenses and migration to InputAccel 6. InovoOlution linked standard products and solutions to achieve an ideal future-oriented cross functional capture platform.
