Gothaer - Email on Demand opens doors

The challenge for Gothaer Insurance was to bundle and to archive documents received from different input channels (all internal and external communication) according to business compliance.

Parallel to the existing solution for paper and fax, all business related emails including attachments received in personal inboxes had to be safely archived and made accessible at any time.

Together with Gothaer, InovoOlution implemented a new solution, which allocates information from emails and attachments to existing customer records. This happens with just one click from the administrator. Independent of original input format, all business related information is available in Gothaer’s central system.

Email on demand was able to provide the customer with a comprehensive and fast information service from all of Gothaer’s business systems, including the call center, line of business and customer service.
