Hapag LLoyd - A global capture solution
The existing decentralized capture solution at 70 global locations was expensive to maintain and required a high administrative work load.
Additionally, the regulatory framework in some countries required a redesign of the existing capture solution.
By integrating eInput from EMC Captiva, InovoOlution and the Team of Hapag Lloyd achieved more functionality by implementing a modern Web-scanning and Web-indexing solution. With the new centrally managed global capture solution, the administrative and maintenance workload has been significantly reduced. In the future any changes need only be performed on the central system. Time consuming rollouts have been eliminated. The integration of globally scanned invoices into Hapag Lloyd’s accounting process has been considerably simplified.

Solution
With the new integrated solution and implementation of eInput for processing incoming invoices, countries have been offered more flexibility in scanning and document indexing. The redesign enables central management of a global capture solution. The manual workload and maintenance work have been significantly reduced.
