A rapid increase in customer numbers requires an optimized workflow to manage higher customer demand, as well as organizational measures. With the support of intelligent IT based processes which provide faster and more efficient processing, the “Same Day Processing” system was implemented. The objective of “Same Day Processing” is to maximize the speed of the document capturing process and to reduce administrative work. By introducing an intelligent capture process InovoOlution implemented an integrated solution which automates the data capture, document classification and data extraction processes.

With this combination of standard products and individual solutions, InovoOlution was able to provide seamless integration into ING-DiBa’s system environment.
