NOVO Secure carries out all these steps in a secure sandbox environment. A virus scanner of your choice then recognises hidden threats in attachments and files before they can enter your system environment and become active there.
Example: Incoming malware in an email
In the event of incoming malware, a predefined process is activated:
- If a threat is detected, it is quarantined by NOVO Secure.
- Your internal IT security officers are informed via a route you have defined.
- The NOVO CxP Secure Container is automatically deleted.
- A new NOVO Secure Container is created and continues processing.
